The room was enough for us since we only needed somewhere to sleep, but I wouldn’t strongly recommend it if you can find something better for the same price. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside, a metro station close by, and a pleasant neighborhood. The rooms looked like the photos and were very simple. I may be judging strictly since I hadn’t stayed in a guest house before, but cleanliness was a problem. There was a shoe mark on the bedsheet, and during our four-night stay they didn’t change the sheets or towels. When I asked about the daily cleaning listed on booking, they said it was done, but all they seemed to do was come in and tidy a little. The WiFi also wasn’t available as advertised. Since the rooms are right next to each other, we heard the other guests talking, their TVs, and children shouting.

The room had a nice bed, a great shower, TV, free WiFi, and air conditioning, and they also offered coffee at reception. Staff were amazing and really attentive, and my room was pristine. It’s close to both the train station and a bus stop. Bus 46 drops you almost right outside.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and it’s a good place to stay in a safe part of Rome. My two concerns were the walk from the metro at night, when it’s better not to go alone, and the very thin room walls. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Thanks for the warm welcome!

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff were very unfriendly, and they raised the fee from what we’d agreed to when booking. The WiFi didn’t work, so we couldn’t pay by card because the connection was so bad. The room walls also weren’t soundproof, and we could hear the neighbors next door.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the people were helpful. It’s near bus stops 46 and 49. We arrived late and had to pay extra, which seemed odd since check-in starts at noon. The WiFi was horrible, and the exit sign in the room was extremely bright and positioned high above the bed, so it was distracting.
