There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions around, so the location is great. The room, though, was dusty, and construction on the fifth floor was pounding away all day on weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. I know it’s a residential building, but guests on vacation shouldn’t have to discover that kind of noise only after they’ve paid and been woken by it. They should be told beforehand. There is an elevator, but it’s extremely small. My son and I needed three trips to take our luggage up when we arrived and three more to bring it down on the last day. The lift won’t fit a wheelchair, so anyone who uses one shouldn’t stay here. I won’t return. I’d book a proper hotel instead.

I loved this place. It was quiet, super clean, and thoughtfully put together, right behind the Vatican. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were nice too. There was fast internet and a smart TV, plus a very good breakfast. I was surprised by how good the value was, and the lift was a bonus since that’s not very common in Italy. I’d pick it again without hesitation. Well done to the owner ☺️

The breakfasts were tasty, and the B&B is in a handy spot. My room was nice too. I’d recommend staying here.
