Alessandra was an excellent host, sharing lots of useful tips and arranging airport pick-up and drop-off, plus luggage storage on departure day. The bus stop is right outside the building. Our clean, quiet apartment worked well for our group of seven, with spacious rooms and three bathrooms. Definitely recommend.

Vatican City was delightful, especially at this time of year, with fewer visitors and no scorching heat. Visiting Rome really calls for going in, though it comes at a huge cost!
