The owner was helpful, and the location was great and really quiet. The bathroom could use a renovation and better ventilation. I'd still definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice place, and I really liked the apartment. It was clean and the service was very good. There were no supplies for cleaning dishes or floors, though, and the TVs were old, without Netflix or YouTube.

We spent three days here, and there was no hot water the whole time. We told the owner, but she offered no solution, leaving all five of us without hot water for showers. The way we were treated was appalling and inhumane. It's shameful, and I absolutely don't recommend this place. However beautiful an apartment may be, it still needs to meet basic habitability standards. I've also included photos of mold on the shower tiles and damage to the access stairs.

In Trastevere, this was a clean, well-maintained apartment that worked well for a couple of days in Rome. One bedroom was spacious, but the other felt small and a bit cramped.

The apartment was large and easy to get to. It had a nice bathroom and all the necessities.
