Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma

Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma has a beautiful classic style that feels elegant, and we had a really great stay. The location is unbeatable, the food was all great, and the staff were so gentle and focused on service that we felt looked after the whole time. There was a minor snag with the spa booking because the online system didn't work properly. The staff handled it perfectly, found us a last-minute spot, and gave us a €25 coupon for the trouble. The spa itself is quite small, so I'd strongly suggest calling the hotel to book instead of relying on the website. It's a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Just outside the city center, Hotel Villa Pamphili has a serene setting and captures the feel of “Old Rome” beautifully. I visit Rome often and always stay here. The hospitality is especially impressive, both friendly and professional. Romina took wonderful care of me, speaks perfect American English, and makes the best morning Cappuccino. Daniel at the front desk also makes everyone feel special. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality at this fabulous property.

We were a little outside the city center, but a taxi was about €15, and there’s a shuttle into town for €5 per person if you book ahead. The rooftop bar and restaurant have a great view, and having towels ready by the pool was handy. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and breakfast had loads of choices, including a coffee machine for special requests. When we needed to switch rooms, the staff were really helpful and gave us several options. Everyone was super friendly.

The staff made the stay for me. Reception made check-in easy, the restaurant team were attentive, and the concierge knew their stuff. Everyone we met was warm and helpful, and the whole team deserves credit for that. A special thank you to Sami, who went out of his way to help and made a real difference. I wish I could remember everyone else’s names too. It was a short holiday at a very nice hotel, and I came away feeling I’d had a five-star experience. Well done to the management and staff.
