The garden is stunning, and breakfast comes with a very good hot drinks service. This BnB feels like a lovely little escape from the grey, dull Conca d'oro area. The rooms are beautiful and cosy, too.

The room was so cramped there was hardly space to move, and I wonder whether a room that small is even legal. The bathroom was old, dated to the 1930s, and outside the room, with no privacy and no bidet. Hospitality was nonexistent: my calls and messages went unanswered, and I had to use the intercom to get inside. I booked after seeing positive reviews, but the stay was horrible. The one thing I can confirm is that the metro is close by.

The room was cleaned daily, with everything new and folded neatly, which was really nice. The villa itself is beautiful, antique, and the rooms follow that style. It's a little outside the center, though there's a metro station and bus nearby, so getting into town takes about 30 minutes. Breakfast depends on your taste. There's no hot food, but it's filling enough. Fresh, delicious croissants with cream arrive every morning at 8:00, and they're mega delicious if you eat after 8:30. Earlier than that, they haven't made it yet))) My only complaint was the cat that screamed in a non-Russian voice every morning! Please help the cat))) Otherwise, everything was great, and I'd recommend it.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and the family atmosphere made the place feel quiet and peaceful. I also loved the garden and all its beautiful plants. The building is historic but renovated, and the neighborhood and location were great. Conca D'Oro metro station is just steps away, and you can get up to the Monte Sacro neighborhood next door on Via Etna. There are mosquitoes outside in summer, of course, but the repellent in the room takes care of them. The rooms have a bathroom, linens, and a hairdryer, and the coffee is excellent. A great choice!
