We'd pick this place again next time we're in Rome. It's on a quiet little street in the centre, and has good air conditioning, a coffee machine, and everything else needed for a stay.

The apartment has one bedroom and a kitchen with an oven and coffee machine, as well as a flat-screen TV. It’s air-conditioned and has free WiFi. Santa Maria Maggiore is 400 m away. Nearby sights include Quirinale, Domus Aurea, and Coliseum, and Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km from the property. White flat Rione Monti is in Rome, in the Lazio region.

Dark, dingy, and neglected. There was a homeless person sleeping outside the front door. The paint was peeling, there was no hot water, the bathroom door was broken, and the shower tiles were broken and dangerous.

My flat had a splendid view. A beautiful stay.

We had a horrible experience with the owners. It was difficult to communicate the problems we ran into, and the way they treated us was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
