Ted was a lovely host who seemed to have thought of everything. He arranged nearby parking, gave us the clearest check-in instructions we've ever had, and shared great local recommendations. The apartment was in a lovely building, and the room had been newly renovated to a high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the balcony was lovely and big, and the bathroom was beautiful. There was also a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a good-sized fridge for keeping beers cold. We were only there for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. It really felt like a five-star experience. Grazie Mille!!

We had a nice stay, and the comfortable room's jacuzzi was an amazing part of it. Thank you, we'll definitely come back♥️

We found the place by chance, and Ted was friendly and helpful right from the beginning. The room was lovely, very clean, and easy to reach. The jacuzzi was fantastic. They'd also left a nice bottle of prosecco in the fridge, plus coffee for the morning and tea.

The hot tub was such a treat after long walks around the city. This brand new property feels like a relaxing haven right in central Rome. Our room was spacious, clean, and kept in meticulous condition. The host was attentive and always available. It's conveniently located close to the metro and the train station for Fiumicino Airport. We'll be back!
