A night or two is about right here. The beach and city center are both well placed, and the rooms were clean, though ours was so small that three of us could barely move around. The rate felt high for what was offered. There’s no breakfast, so each morning you have to head down to the bar. Still, lots of people in Tuscany want a seaside stay.

We had a lovely stay and found it great value. The hosts made us feel at home, they’re warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean with a really nice atmosphere. The elegant house dates from the 20th century and sits on a quiet street in central Castiglioncello, about five minutes from the bay and beach.

The room had everything listed: a bed, TV, minibar, suitcase stand, desk and coffee table, plus a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. I liked the place a lot. The room is a little small, but it’s more than enough for a couple of nights.

Affordable, clean, right downtown and just a couple of meters from the sea. There’s a hot food restaurant with fried fish that’s pretty much just been caught, plus fantastic vegetables, and it’s not expensive!!!!! Truly excellent place... RESERVATIONS REQUIRED!!!! YOU EAT AT ..R.E....the fantastic atmosphere, the unforgettable food.....Pic i o n c i n o......VI. I’m saying this with all my heart!!! EVERYONE WILL THANK ME FOR YEARS..
