The friendly dogs were a real highlight, and it was lovely seeing the donkeys, black pigs, cows, goat, and cats living peacefully together. We also loved the delicious dinner. We spent three nights here, enjoying the calm and nature at this extraordinary, sustainable place. Hugo was such a kind host and made us feel right at home. Grazie mille :)

We stayed for three days, surrounded by forest and nature in a magical location. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable, and the food was great. Ugo, the owner, was generous, kind, and helpful, with great suggestions for places to go. His lovely young family has six cute, friendly dogs. Great value for money, dont miss this place. Yair & Nava

We were looking for somewhere quiet and remote, and this was just right. The welcome was amazing, the rooms were fresh and very clean, and there were tons of friendly animals. Dinner was an 11-course meal of local dishes, with the black pork salami among our favorites. The food was great and the price very reasonable. 10 stars. Thank you Ugo! Grazie!

The dishes were a treat, refined local specialties made with care from products grown and raised on the estate. We also appreciated how professionally and enthusiastically the young owners work to showcase their land and make guests feel comfortable. The recently renovated place feels welcoming, with the natural Murge plateau all around it. It’s ideal if you’re after peace and quiet and a marvelous starry sky. The owners and their beautiful dogs were helpful and friendly from the start. Great value for the price.

We had a great stay at Tedone Consolini. The accommodation was lovely, the food was great, and all the staff were great too. We’ll keep an eye on this place for our next trip to Italy. As tourism picks up around here, I can see it becoming very popular.
