6/10
The rooms are spacious and quite nice, and the location is decent. What wasn’t clear on Priceline or the website was that this is basically an apartment building with a few guest rooms, so the setup felt strange. Google listing it as a hotel seems odd; it would make more sense as an Airbnb. Getting into the building and rooms meant using passcodes and a key, which made things stressful for us as foreign travelers. Still, the rooms and location were good.

The room was clean and had plenty of space. It’s also easy to get around from here, close enough to walk to the center of Florence and well connected to the airport. A really good place to stay.

The owner was very kind, and everything was really clean. Our room was large and comfortable, with a private bathroom, plus a microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. It’s very close to the center. I’d recommend it! :)

Plenty of space, and right in the center. Communication with management was good.
