Relais La Mimosa

We'd seen the low rating and many negative comments, so we arrived a little worried. Almost everything turned out better than we expected. Still, it's frustrating to see such a lovely place miss out on some of its potential. Parts of the shower need repair or replacing, and there was no shampoo or shower gel, which was inconvenient. Cleanliness could be a bit better too. On the plus side, it's surrounded by greenery, easy to reach, and has a pool with clean water. A few insects or leaves in an outdoor pool are normal. We recommend staying here and think a little more attention could make it a real gem.

The service was awful for what I paid. There wasn't even a bottle of water or breakfast, and the towels weren't changed. The road to the parking area was wrecked, and I nearly damaged my oil pan on it. 😡😡

They welcomed us warmly, but the room was almost absurd. It was cramped and dim because the windows were tiny and couldn't be opened. The bathroom was minuscule, with a toilet you couldn't use, a camper-sized sink, and a shower so dark I couldn't see the soap on my hands. Breakfast cost extra, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Oh, and apparently there's a pool in the garden.

For the price, the value is excellent, and you can't expect a suite at that rate. I've read some reviews that seem way over the top. The closet is comfortable as it is without doors, and the air conditioning only takes a few minutes to work out.
