White Rooms

The apartment was modern, very clean, and had all the facilities I could want. The grounds were lovely, with fruit trees and shady spots, and the pool was a great bonus, with both a shaded area and sun loungers. Sabaudia is a pretty area, close to lovely sandy beaches with sunbeds and cafés. There's plenty to see nearby, including a beautiful lake and San Felice Circeo, such an interesting and picturesque place. Marco can offer advice on places to visit, and I hope to come back. It's one of my favourite places. I stayed at White Rooms this month while visiting family and friends and had a wonderful time. Marco was an attentive, kind host. Breakfast had so much choice: cereals, yoghurt, fresh local fruit, homemade croissants, pastries, cake, and more, with freshly brewed coffee. I like tea in the morning too, and that was provided.

The beach is only a five-minute drive away. Marco suggested the beach club Rosa Dei Venti, which was a great tip. It has a private car park, a good restaurant, and friendly staff. Sabaudia is a short drive away, or you can walk through the forest, and there's a great supermarket nearby. I stayed at White Rooms for 8 nights in August with my husband and two young children, and we had a fabulous time. The apartment was large, clean, new, and modern, with all the conveniences you'd expect. Marco was always available with advice and suggestions about the area.

I booked two nights back in May, but there were problems with the booking the whole time. Once those were finally sorted out, they cancelled my reservation just two weeks before the trip, in August. I honestly thought I could stop worrying about finding a place after booking so early. The stay itself might be great, but dealing with all these issues beforehand was too much.

Marco was a very attentive host, always ready to help and share useful tips on where to go for sunset aperitivo by the sea or for fresh seafood. We really appreciated his care and attention, and hope to return to White Rooms soon. The location is wonderful, surrounded by nature and greenery, yet close to Sabaudia and its distinctive waterfront. The rooms were spacious, bright, clean, and well equipped, with charming furniture. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of local homemade food and freshly brewed coffee and tea. The house sits in a large garden with fruit trees and lots of shade from the pine trees. Along with the seaside, we recommend visiting the lake, renting a canoe, walking in the national park, and seeing the picturesque village of San Felice Circeo, only ten minutes away, with its breathtaking views of the Pontine Islands.
