The outdoor space is lovely, and the owners were very kind. Our furry friends were welcome too. But Piccola Rugantina didn't really meet expectations. The apartment is at the back of the villa, in a rustic converted room. It's small, with low ceilings, and there's a step between the entrance hall and the rest of the place. It was very humid, especially in the bedroom, even with a dehumidifier. We stayed in July, usually the driest month of summer. The bedroom could use an update, especially the bed base and mattress, and the kitchen could be more practical. The villa is between Lake Paola and the seafront.

A little paradise. The owners provide a high standard of quality, and nothing felt missing. Pets are welcome too.
