We stayed three nights in July. Being able to check ourselves in and the location were big pluses, but the jacuzzi situation really bothered me. We used it on the first night because it was working and nobody had told us not to. With a large tub right beside the bed, of course we assumed we could try it. When we returned the following night, someone had put up a new sign beside it. We have photos from the night before showing it wasn’t there. The sign said jacuzzi use cost an extra 40 EUR, payable before check-in. That was news to us, and the listing showed photos of the jacuzzis in the rooms, so we thought they were included. The water had also stopped running, so someone had come in and switched it off. That’s why I’m giving three stars.

The old buildings and historic elevator didn’t make much of an impression at first, but the apartment turned out to be amazing. It’s clean, practical, and has a lovely feel, with everything a tourist needs. The cleaning staff do a wonderful job. I highly recommend it!

The location gets a positive mark, and the room’s cleanliness and condition were ordinary. My rating is lower because the staff weren’t courteous and only handed over the room. The hot tub I had specifically requested wasn’t working. There was no shower gel or shampoo either, and only half a roll of toilet paper, already partly used.

The kitchen had all the equipment, but the utensils were dirty, so we couldn't use it. Ants were all over the room, especially in the bathroom, and the hot tub was filthy. Its jets leaked something that looked like cardboard and black worms, so it was basically unusable. The air conditioning was broken too. We had booked a week ahead, yet when we arrived they didn't know which room we'd selected. A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was part of the booking, but we never got it. With all that going on, they didn't offer even one euro off. I won't come back.
