The host asked me to cancel a booking I'd made through booking.com, saying the apartment wouldn't be available because of renovation work. I trusted them and cancelled, but they didn't remove the listing from the platform. Instead, they raised the prices. Be careful, that was an unethical thing to do.
A gorgeous apartment, with everything you need. Ideal.
There were four of us, and the property was especially clean and comfortable. As soon as we came in, we noticed its lovely smell and warmth. Downtown is a 15-minute walk, or you can take the metro from just 100 meters away and get there in one stop. An excellent choice, we'd happily come back.
The hosts made the stay especially nice. They walked us through the apartment, shared restaurant tips, replied quickly on WhatsApp, left us something to eat when we arrived, and even offered limoncello. The flat was clean and everything worked as it should. We were also well placed for getting around: the station, public beach, and bus stop are close, and the center or port is about 10 minutes away. Shops, good restaurants, and Nettuno are nearby too. That’s where I tried ice cream in a bun for the first time. A couple of things to know: there’s no washing machine, though we knew that and didn’t mind. One of the studio rooms is a pass-through, which should be fine for a family or close friends. The thick roller shutters kept the light out well, great for sleeping in.
We stayed from 19 to 22.08 with the children and were welcomed warmly. Mario was quick to help and answer our questions. The apartment was new, pretty, and clean, with a balcony and everything we needed, including a kitchen, washing machine, iron, and dishes. The sea was just a 4-5 minute walk away, even with the kids. Everything was great.
