After a week of travel and some pretty disappointing stays, Olympo was a welcome change. The apartment was exceptionally clean, easy to find, and right by the coast.

We slept so well, thanks in part to the comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was generous, with big, tasty croissants, and the location was excellent too. The place itself is bright, spacious, warm, and nicely furnished, and the owner welcomed us so warmly. Thank you, Mr. Ilario! 😍 We’ll definitely return.

We came for the second weekend of the Luci d'Artista festival, to see the light displays across the city's parks, squares, and streets. Ilario made us feel at home with his kindness and hospitality. He also gave us great suggestions for seeing the city, and breakfast was plentiful and excellent.

B&B Olympo was a clean, welcoming place and made it easy to get around Salerno. Ilario was kind and offered helpful advice on what to see and how to move around town. We had an excellent stay. If I’m back in Salerno for the opening of the 13th edition of the extraordinary open-air light art exhibition, scheduled for Saturday, December 1st, I’ll definitely get in touch again.

The location is handy and peaceful, and the place is kept neat and clean with care for the details. It’s nice for a walk in summer, with ice cream and a swim in the sea, or in winter to see the famous Christmas lights reflected in the water and the surrounding scenery. The owner is very kind and ready to answer questions. Thanks for the hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
