The location is perfect, the air conditioning works very well, and I thought they may have fixed the Wi-Fi because the signal seemed good. The building has an elevator, and the rooms are on the fifth floor. My room, Orchidea, had a mini fridge and balcony, but felt quite bare and lacked charm. There was no luggage rack or coffee setup. Antonella kindly let me borrow a kettle and mug, though those really ought to be in every room. The soundproofing is poor; I could hear every word from the room next door. The shower connection also leaks.

Everything is nearby and easy to reach on foot, so it’s a perfect spot in central Salerno. Highly recommend it. And thanks to Antonella for letting us check out later.

We stayed one night on our way from the Amalfi Coast to Napoli. The apartment is lovely and well placed on a shopping street, close to ferry, SITA bus and train links, as well as most tourist sights. Food is easy to find nearby. Antonella was very flexible and let us check in early and leave later, depending on room availability. Her brother Andrew also made us a hearty breakfast. Well done, and all the best!

The coffee and croissants were good, and the place is close to shops, the sea, and other services. There was construction on the street, but it didn’t affect our stay.

We recommend staying at B&B La Vie En Rose. The accommodations were spotless, and Antonella, the owner, made us feel right at home. Salerno is a beautiful city on the Amalfi coast, a real Mediterranean gem, and we’d strongly recommend visiting if you’re planning a trip to Italy. Gina & Paolo Toronto Ontario Canada
