I spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone, since they hadn’t sent any check-in instructions. The room was freezing, and the host controlled the temperature. They said they’d switch on the heater, then stopped replying. This was the worst experience I’ve had in Italy, a complete disaster. Please don’t stay here.
