The staff were a real highlight. They were kind, gave us their WhatsApp so we could reach them, and helped with restaurant and cafe suggestions, taxis and other things. Their help made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. There were seven of us, and we loved sharing evening stories on the long terrace. The apartment was spotless throughout our stay. Whenever we returned, it smelled wonderful and felt as fresh as on arrival. It's modern and well equipped, with large rooms and lots of interesting details. I especially liked that every room had an Alexa for playing music, and the bathroom shower had several settings. We could also use their umbrella and other facilities. The location is very convenient, about a three-minute walk from the bus station. From there, it's ten minutes to the busy area, and you can reach the central bus and train station for connections along the Amalfi coast. We paid extra for breakfast and thought it was really worth it, especially by Italian standards. There was a wide selection of cured meats, juices and sweets. I honestly can't find a bad thing to say about this place. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I'd be glad to return.

The room was okay. Breakfast was very basic and self-service, and the croissants had run out before we got there.

The owner is friendly and professional, and that really completes the stay. The breakfast room is splendid, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything kept meticulously clean. Our room was a proper suite, and both the quality and amenities feel worthy of a five-star hotel. It has a homely feel, from the slippers and toothbrush to the smart TV with Netflix. Guests can even borrow umbrellas if it rains. Top place!

We stayed at B&B I 4 Calici while visiting Salerno with my children, and it turned out to be a very good choice. The owner welcomed us warmly and brought fresh, warm croissants and delicious cakes in the morning. The breakfast room was stocked with everything and more. I've only seen that kind of abundance in two other places. It's a lovely place, tastefully furnished in both the living room and bedrooms. The rooms and bathrooms had everything we needed. There's a Metro stop and a bus nearby, and the bus gets you to the city center in just a few minutes. If you prefer to walk, it's a pleasant twenty-minute stroll along the seafront. I'm grateful for the hospitality. I highly recommend staying here in Salerno.
