As someone already wrote, there were too many stairs (about 80), which wasn't indicated on Booking.com, as the receptionist claimed. No help with luggage, clean room, but no heating in the morning. The bathroom was tiny, with a toilet attached to the wall and a shower that was unusable unless the room was flooded. They wanted full payment right away, but so far no news of the invoice (which they were supposed to give us the next day).

ABSOLUTELY AVOID... I stayed here in the last ten days of December 2018.... 1) The room is on the fourth floor of a period building without an elevator (with 15 cm high steps)... if you have strollers, are elderly, and/or simply want to avoid walking up four floors, don't go! 2) The owners turned off the heating in the evening (the room was very cold in the morning). 3) There's no hot water (be wary of owners who suggest waiting for it to arrive... because when the water runs for 20 minutes and stays cold, it means it's not there!) 4) The bathroom is cramped; there's not even room to sit on th
