The attic apartment has amazing views, and it was so clean. Check-in was well organized too. We’d planned to eat out one evening, but ended up picking up some nibbles and staying in to enjoy Salerno at night from the apartment.

Breakfast was fantastic, brought right to our room, and the owner was really helpful. We had the family apartment, with two roomy bedrooms, separate air conditioning in each, a terrace, and great views from every window. A tip: take the hotel shuttle on your first day, it makes things much easier. I couldn’t recommend the place more :)

Getting our luggage up the narrow stairs was a bit of a challenge, but the stay was worth it. The house is roomy, comfortable, and beautiful, with a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Salerno. We spent a week there at the end of May. It’s in the old part of town, in a very quiet restricted traffic area, yet shops and services in the historic center are within walking distance.

Waking up to a hot breakfast delivered to our room was magical. We stayed in the junior family suite, which had a 360-degree view of the whole Gulf of Salerno. Alfredo had arranged secure parking and a shuttle for us, which was perfect since we were driving with a car full of suitcases. Massima looked after us impeccably and showed us to our rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were beautifully finished, simple in a way we liked, and spotlessly clean. The sheets and pillows felt worthy of a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended, though we’d suggest packing light :)
