The room had comfortable pillows and a great shower, but the service was among the worst I've experienced. We waited hours without hearing anything, and getting check-in details was difficult. The listed check-in times were wrong, and the phone numbers didn't work. WiFi was slow and unreliable. Avoid this place.

The only thing I liked was the location. The bed was really uncomfortable, and the noisy area made it hard to sleep. There was no window or ventilation in the bathroom. When we ran out of toilet paper, the hostess gave us a half-used roll instead of a new one. That's tragic, especially when we paid 103 euros a night. Breakfast was poor too. When I left, the hostess asked me to leave a good review. Guests deserve more respect.

Our room was called Morocco. It was dark despite having a few lamps, not very spacious, and cluttered with unnecessary decorations. The bedsheets were dark, which made me wonder if they chose them to avoid changing them. Be careful with places that don't use white sheets. We found a few mosquitoes in the room, and after staying there, my husband and I suffered bedbug bites for five days. It ruined our trip to the next place. Stay away from this hotel!

I had to cancel my reservation, and the property said they'd give me a 70% voucher for a future stay. I sent several polite WhatsApp messages over a few days, but got no response. They asked me to contact them through Booking.com, which I did, yet the voucher code still didn't arrive in time. I needed to rebook before a deadline, so their silence was incredibly frustrating. Their rude reply, “if you write us every nlday nothing happen,” made things even worse. The customer service was unprofessional, and they showed no respect after I cancelled, despite having promised a voucher in place of a refund. I wouldn't recommend booking here if you expect basic courtesy.
