The food was really good, and it’s already very affordable. The hosts were warm and welcoming too, and practically gave us four bags of their risotto rice. The menu changes weekly, but some dishes can be quite similar, so after two dinners you may find yourself eating the same things again. A bit more variety would make the place incredible.

The service was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the dining room had a relaxed feel. We’d been craving polenta with cheese and meat on a rainy day, so we called ahead. The host was lovely on the phone and made sure we could have it. The grilled lardo on polenta and cotechino on polenta were a great start, and the risotto con il tastasal, pasta with fresh organic vegetables, polenta with gorgonzola, and polenta with salamella were all delicious. We’ll be back soon, thank you!

It’s a little off the beaten path, but worth the trip. The rooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms, and the place itself is very pretty. We had dinner there twice, and the people were so kind that they even gave us a case of rice they produce there.

There’s plenty to see in the wider area, and good food to try nearby. The agriturismo has nice rooms and great service, and staying there feels like being part of authentic Italy. You may need to get creative when communicating, but it’s a good place.
