Hotel Farnese

We had cold water throughout our stay. When we complained, the staff called us “stupid.” They were very rude, and the whole experience was terrible. I don't recommend this place. There are plenty of other hotels, so you don't need to ruin your holiday here.

I can't believe there's no zero rating. I was here for work in 2022, booked through my company, and the lack of cleanliness was unbelievable. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling, and pigeon droppings all over the balcony. I still feel sick thinking about the place. It would be better to close than offer this kind of service.

We couldn't even make it through the first hour, and we didn't get a refund. We booked two nights, but on arrival an angry Italian lady spoke to us angrily, even though we couldn't understand what she was saying. We just wanted to check in. Then we found that our keys opened each other's rooms, and apparently every room. The whole hotel and our room reeked of smoke. Mosquitoes and other insects were everywhere, on the walls, bed, everywhere, and we started itching as soon as we got into the room. There were holes in the walls and mold, and the window was basically a hole that let all the mosquitoes in. We had to check out and run. I'm so sorry we went through that.
