The food was really terrible, unlike anything I've seen served in a professional place. The hotel itself seems past its best. The air conditioning stopped working, and even when it did run, it was old and couldn't cool the room much. Besides that, it was fine, just nothing special.

We got to Fidenza after the last bus to Salsomaggiore had left, and there weren't any taxis. The receptionist at Hotel Ferrari arranged one to pick us up within 20 minutes, which was wonderful. Our room, 325, was spacious and very clean, with a lovely view over the town. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel like family. At breakfast, the waitress kept checking if we wanted anything else or more fresh coffee, even though she seemed to be doing the work of three people. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day, and the breakfast bags she put together were carefully made to suit our preferences, with little notes too. We didn't even ask her name, which is a shame, as we'd like to thank her and the rest of the staff for their care.

The restaurant served excellent regional dishes, and the wellness center and beautiful pool made for a relaxing stay. The hotel is comfortable and highly relaxing, in a central location. Staff were professional, kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions for lovely itineraries and places nearby to visit. A very good experience, and one I'd recommend.

We spent one night here and had a great time. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly baked cakes that made it especially tasty and enjoyable. The quiet location is close to the center, and there's parking. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to what we needed.
