Villa Fiore

The apartment was nice, with a garden, and the location was very good.

We spent a few completely relaxing days at the welcoming Ulivo accommodation. It’s an easy walk from the center of Portoferraio and only two minutes on foot from some of Elba’s most beautiful beaches. Francesca was incredibly helpful before, during, and after our stay. We had an issue with a bathroom fixture, and she was very understanding about it. The cottage worked perfectly for us as a couple with our four-legged friend, who loved having the private courtyard. After the beach, the air conditioning made it easy to cool down indoors. We’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for the beauty and quiet of this splendid island. Thanks so much, and see you next time!

I stayed at Villa Fiore with my mother from August 17 to 30, 2020, and it was a spectacular stay. Our date was called Ulivo (Ulivo), after the beautiful olive tree in the middle of the garden next door. The place is small, but every bit of space is put to good use. It was immaculately clean and sanitized in line with COVID-19 regulations. Francesca, the owner, was gracious and attentive to everything we needed. Padulella and Capo Bianco beaches were an easy walk away, just 50 and 100 meters away. The supermarket and other useful shops were in the center of Portoferraio, about a 10-minute walk from Villa Fiore. Francesca’s kindness, care, and attention to detail made our stay relaxing and restful. If I come back to Elba, I’ll definitely contact Villa Fiore to book again.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. It’s a lovely green and pink oasis, tastefully and elegantly furnished, with beautiful rooms that stay cool inside. There’s also a sunny, well-kept garden with everything you need to relax. Padulella and Capo Bianco beaches are close by, and having covered private parking meant we could forget about finding a place for the car. The town center is a pleasant 15-minute walk away. Highly recommended! 😊
