The host was really kind and helpful. The apartment was neat, clean, and had nearly everything you’d want in a place to stay. It’s near the train station, and the sights are easy to get to from here. One of the best apartment stays in Florence for us. Thank you!

The bakery and market right downstairs made meals easy, and the station was close enough to walk to for getting around. The house itself is modern, spacious, and had all the things we needed. Pierpaolo met us when we arrived, so we could get in right away, and was kind and helpful throughout. We also appreciated the good conversation and his detailed Florence tips. We had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this place again if we come back.

The apartment looked just like the photos and was cleaned to a high standard. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. It’s near the sights, with a bakery four steps from the door, a convenience store seven steps away, and the station under a ten-minute walk for us. Pierpoalo clearly wants guests to enjoy Florence and cares about his work. Even before arrival, his communication was prompt, professional, and reassuring. We felt we’d booked one of the very best places in town.
