The owner was lovely. The rooms were very clean and practical, and the price was great for what you get.

We chose Hotel San Carlo for our group's trip to the National Catch 'n Serve Ball Championship in Salsomaggiore, and my confidence in Fabio was a big part of that decision. He lived up to it completely: kind, generous, and attentive whenever anyone needed help. Our whole group felt welcome and looked after, which really matters when you're traveling with lots of people. Fabio's professionalism and warmth made the place feel like home. I'd recommend it to families and anyone who likes a welcoming, family-run hotel.

Fabio made our team's weekend for the national Catch 'n Serve Ball championship feel special. He greeted us warmly and stayed available throughout, making sure we had what we needed and felt at home. The hotel is in an excellent location too. It felt like more than just somewhere to sleep, and I'd recommend it for a comfortable, relaxing stay with a very professional owner.
