B&B Il Cedro

Paolo was a friendly, helpful host and knew the area well. His suggestions for places to visit and spots to try typical local dishes were useful, and he shared interesting historical and cultural details too. We spent 10 days at B&B Il Cedro last July and came away very pleased. It's well placed for reaching the beautiful coastal beaches. The rooms had every comfort and were impeccably clean, and breakfast was excellent and generous.

Paolo's help made a big difference. He's refined, kind, and very helpful, with deep knowledge of the area from every angle, and his suggestions were invaluable. B&B Il Cedro met all our needs, with an ample, comfortable room, efficient service, and a handy location. We'd recommend it and would gladly stay again.

We spent two weeks at the lovely B&B IL CEDRO and felt at home from the start. Paolo welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, and his delicious breakfasts each day were a treat. He also pointed us toward festivals and patron saints' celebrations in the nearby towns. Our room was well kept and had a large terrace. The location made it easy to get to the sea and other towns nearby. Everyone was very happy with the stay. We only got back today and already miss it. I think we'll choose Salento again for our next holiday, and we'll definitely return to Paolo's B&B.

Paolo treated us like family, always ready to help and serving wonderful breakfasts. Each morning there were warm pasticciotti in different flavors, fresh focaccia, fruit, biscuits, Salento taralli, herbal teas, coffee, and juices. Everything was delicious. Thanks, Paolo, for the laughs, chats, and advice. My family and I spent a peaceful, relaxing week at B&B Il Cedro in central Salve. The place was welcoming, clean, and well maintained. Our room was cozy and had all the comforts we needed. Congratulations on everything!
