Perla Saracena Luxury Suites

During our nine days around Puglia, this was one of the best restaurants we tried. The terrace is gorgeous, with a sea view, and the food was high quality, cooked with real creativity.

The restaurant deserves a mention of its own. We tried good places in nearby towns, but none matched the quality of the food here. Try one dinner and, I'm pretty sure, you'll want to come back for another. Perla Saracena is beautifully and elegantly decorated, and the staff are lovely, always ready to help. The hotel is ideally placed, very close to one of the most amazing beaches. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. Thanks for everything!

Raffaele is the manager, and the best one I've ever had. He and Andrea were amazing hosts during our stay in the Salerno area. The modern, trendy accommodation had upscale amenities and beautiful views, including a rooftop infinity pool. The restaurant was gorgeous, with a sophisticated menu drawing on products from the land and sea of Salento, plus personal touches from the chef. The staff provided the best restaurant service I've experienced anywhere. I've travelled through Europe, the United States and all of the Caribbean, and this is a must-visit destination.

The seafood was fresh and tasty, and both the dishes and the restaurant setting were amazing. Definitely try the apple tiramisu. Highly recommend.
