BB Brezza Marina

Breakfast was a treat thanks to the hostess's delicious pastries, though the cappuccinos and coffees could use some work. She's very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The property isn't right by the beach, but it's easy to get there by bus or car, and it seems well suited to a weekend with friends. The room looked really nice and was clean and well equipped, though a little tight for four people. The bathroom was spotless and spacious.

The location and rooms are okay, but I really don't understand the five-star ratings. The amenities are very poor. There aren't any toiletries in the bathroom, and breakfast is just two slices of homemade cake, toast in a basket, single-serve jam, and fruit juice. We had to ask for milk. The owner uses an old moka pot, and guests are expected to clean it. Cleanliness could be better too. There are better places out there. I don't recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious and the price was reasonable, so I highly recommend this place. It's a lovely, quiet spot just a few minutes from the center of San Benedetto. Our room and bathroom were perfectly clean and welcoming, and the lady gave us a warm welcome and was on hand if anything came up.

The owner was helpful, courteous, and really friendly. Everything was very clean and well serviced, and I'd give it another half star. Maybe because we booked at the last minute, there was one small oversight: a little dispenser of liquid soap would have been useful.
