Haus Charlotte

I particularly appreciated how they handled food intolerances. They were willing to make changes to many of the dishes, and the food was excellent, with a choice of your favorite dish. I stayed for a week and had a truly excellent experience in every way. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional, and kindly ready to accommodate requests. The room was comfortable, and the whole property was very clean and well maintained. It's conveniently located close to the sea, and the city center is a 20-minute bike ride away. Bikes are provided free of charge.

Food is definitely the hotel's strongest point: high quality, varied, and carefully prepared. The meal times are a shame, though, since they're too late, especially with small children. The location is good, and the service staff are friendly and helpful. In my opinion it's a three star hotel otherwise, with small, dated rooms, superficial cleaning often done at inconvenient times, and entertainment that's practically nonexistent despite the staff being kind.

The sea is close by, and the children's entertainment program was exceptional. We've just had our second unforgettable stay at Hotel Haus Charlotte, and we're already looking forward to returning. The food deserves special mention: the freshest fish was deliciously prepared and carefully presented, and the talented waiters served it. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations, making lunch and dinner a real pleasure. Breakfast was fantastic too. From the front desk and waiters to housekeeping and the lifeguard, everyone was available, smiling, and ready to meet our needs. Their dedication made the atmosphere welcoming and relaxing. We also want to thank the owner Armando, a delightful person who runs everything with real professionalism and expertise. Hotel Haus Charlotte brings together beautiful nature, excellent service, good food, and impeccable hospitality. We highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday. Thank you so much for everything!!!

The Timone spa, which was included in our stay, is only a few minutes away. The hotel also has free bicycles, handy for getting around and reaching the center of San Benedetto quickly. It was our first time at this lovely hotel, and we had a truly relaxing holiday. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly at reception, in the dining room, and during housekeeping. Highly recommended.
