Oasi 83

We had a week here at the end of August 2020, and getting in touch with the owners was easy. They let us leave our bags after checkout, which we appreciated. The room is on the third floor of a multi-family house; the antiques and lovely paintings on the landings made the stairs feel less of a chore after a day on San Benedetto's Blue Flag beach. The room itself is small, but clean and fresh smelling, with a large, fully equipped bathroom and a balcony to unwind on in the evening. There's a little fridge outside each room, a great idea for keeping water and fruit cold through long days in the sun. Cleaning is available every 2-3 days if requested. There's no breakfast, but that suited us. Around the corner there's a great cafe for cappuccino, or Romani pastry shop, 150 meters from the beach and 250 meters from Oasi83, with delicious pastries and especially a magnificent bombolone. A bakery nearby also has excellent pizza. Seafood and meat restaurants, including I Perdigiorno, Osteria Fiora', and Il Relitto, are about a 10-minute walk, as is the sandy beach. We've been going to those restaurants for years and always enjoy them. We'll be back HERE next time we stay in San Benedetto.

The location is excellent, and Massimiliano, who manages the rooms, was extremely polite. He gave me a wonderful room with all the comforts and it was exceptionally clean. Thanks and congratulations, Massimiliano.

The rooms are attractive and practical, and the place is right in the center.

We slept really well here. Room 3, where we stayed, had a gorgeous, roomy bathroom, and every room came with its own air conditioning and fridge. The setup is very comfortable and well organized. Amenities and the city center are only minutes away. There's bike rental nearby, so you can get around without dealing with parking.
