Residence Settebello

The location is a real plus, just 100 meters from the sea, and the owner and staff were very kind and helpful. The residence is a little dated, with a small pool, but the simple rooms are functional and have all the comforts you need if you choose the residence option. Recommended.

Right in the center of the Porto d'Ascoli tourist village, the property has plenty of attractions: repeated visits from the firefighters because the smoke detectors kept malfunctioning, tap water that tasted more like fine Chianti than clean water, and several power cuts. The paid parking had just 7 spaces shared among 12 cars. There was a flapping awning, a bathroom door coming unglued and rotted from humidity, and a prefabricated ceiling. The apartment photos were misleading, taken with wide-angle lenses, and a place for 4 was presented as one for 7. The fridge door was broken. Enjoy your stay!

Our two-room apartment was spacious, had a sea view, and even came with a double shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the beach is only a three-minute walk away. The residence is a bit dated and the furnishings are old, but it had everything we needed. The main drawback was paid parking, with only a limited number of spaces.

With three kids, this worked perfectly for our family. It's central and only a two-minute walk from the beach. The pool was clean, the beds comfortable, and parking was available. We also had air conditioning in every room, a washing machine on the balcony, an induction stove, an oven, and a large fridge. The staff were super friendly.
