We were glad we picked this village instead of the busier Cortina. There was no heavy traffic or limited parking to contend with here, and San candido is close enough to have everything we needed and more, without the same chaos. The family-run hotel is welcoming, clean, modern and cosy. Our spacious room looked out over an incredible mountain view every day. The service was great, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The eggs were presented beautifully, *chef’s kiss*. The interior design was gorgeous, down to the little details. I’d definitely come back if I had the chance.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the sauna spa room was a lovely extra. We loved how convenient the location was while still feeling secluded. The interior design was gorgeous, with care put into every detail. Breakfast each morning was amazing: fresh bread, juices and coffee, plus a wonderful view of the garden and Dolomites. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Joas. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and cosy, with a welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. Each morning’s breakfast was a delight, with great variety and quality. It’s rare to find hospitality, comfort and good food brought together so well. We’ll definitely return, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable stay.

The sauna and steam room were our favourite spots for relaxing after long walks in the Dolomites. Joas hotel is small and family-run, with thoughtful touches like personalized housekeeping, a juice maker and a peanut butter maker. The location is great, and there’s a nice pizzeria within walking distance.
