Parking downstairs was stressful every time. I'd suggest walking down first to check the space and work out how best to get in and park. We managed, but it was a nightmare. The room was clean and had what we needed, including kitchen utensils, though it felt a little worn and we could hear loud neighbors very clearly. Check-in happens at the hotel next door, about a 10-second walk away, and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. We were only there for two nights.

I stopped briefly outside the café to go in for a coffee and staff shouted at me for parking there. Their reaction felt rude and way out of proportion. If ordinary customer interactions are this confrontational, I question whether this is a suitable customer-facing business.

We only had a sandwich, so couldn't try anything else, but we'd come back if we get the chance. Service was very quick, and they had a chair for our 9-month-old daughter plus a changing table in the bathroom. It worked well for a quick bite.

This is about the café, not the hotel. The snacks are really satisfying, and the coffee is good quality. Prices are reasonable, the products are fresh, and I think it's much better than the restaurants around here. Service was great too.

The suite comes with an underground parking space and has plenty of room, plus a balcony. It's right in the middle of town, and the ski resort is an easy walk away.
