Absolutely amazing.

I keep coming back here for work because it feels welcoming and the location is so central. This time the heating stopped working, and I was already feeling cold. These things happen, and once I let the owners know they jumped into action, got part of the problem sorted and contacted technicians for the next day. The response was almost helicopter-rescue level, like Indonesia’s tsunami or Fukushima! Thanks so much for the impeccable service. I’ll definitely return, though I’m already sorry to leave when the job’s done.

Calling them liars barely covers it. They can’t manage six rooms or send the entry code on time. A few days before my arrival, I asked on WhatsApp how to get in. They assured me the code had already been sent, then said they’d send it the day before or that morning. After five or six hours of travel, I arrived and had received nothing. I called the number on Booking and got no answer. I waited 45 minutes until someone working there heard me knocking and let me in, after checking with the managers, who somehow answered him straight away. They make up flimsy excuses for their poor organization and management. A B&B at 100 euros a night, where the second B in breakfast might as well be silent because they provide nothing. It’s self check-in, yet they can’t send four numbers and a letter by WhatsApp before a guest arrives. It’s 2025, and they still can’t communicate through instant messaging? They also reply falsely to reviews on Booking. The TV remote didn’t work. They made me sound like I couldn’t follow the instructions, but I even turned the TV on with the buttons on the monitor. The remote was the problem. There are bathroom heaters that could have helped dry the small amount of laundry we’d washed by hand. When I asked about them, they mocked me, saying nobody uses radiators in July. I paid 100 euros a night, so whether I use the things in my room should be my business. At least we got a laugh out of how clueless they were. If you want real Italian hospitality and honest people, avoid this place.

The B&B is very well kept and right in the town center, with paid parking close by. My one reason for holding back a fifth star is that breakfast isn’t served there. You can use a voucher at a nearby café, but I find that arrangement demeaning. Still, I’d say it’s worth trying.
