AN Hotel Milano San Donato

We spent one night here, then returned two days later for another stay. On our first visit, we'd accidentally left a pair of jeans in the room wardrobe. When we came back, we asked the staff right away, but they said nothing had been found. That left us very disappointed. The jeans had been left in the closet, and we don't see how they could simply have vanished. It gives a very unpleasant impression and makes us question whether housekeeping reported the item. We expected more professionalism and help from the hotel. Losing something is upsetting, and the lack of accountability or assistance made it worse.

My flight got in late, so I needed somewhere to sleep well before heading to Milan. The hotel suited that plan, and the staff were really kind. If you're arriving late, there's a McDonalds across the road.

The team were helpful and easy to deal with, and we were welcomed warmly. Our room was good and got cleaned each day, and breakfast was great. We had a wonderful stay at AN hotel at the start of this month. Recommended.

I spent 20 days here during the Paralympic Games. Whenever I had a request, reception helped me with it, and their kind, positive attitude made a good impression from the start. AN hotel San Donato could be a good choice if you want somewhere quiet. The metro is less than a 10-minute walk away, with a direct line to the city centre.
