The woman at the hotel gate was kind, and the beds were comfortable. The place feels stuck in the 1980s, though, and could use some renovating. Breakfast wasn’t self-service: there were two slices of salami and two slices of cheese for the adults. I usually need a bigger breakfast to get through the day, so after seeing the hotel reviews my travel agency had selected, I picked up a pizza the night before from a place eight minutes away and saved it for the morning. My girlfriend and I ate that with the hotel breakfast.

The location doesn’t add much to the hotel’s impression, so the service, hygiene, breakfast, and room amenities should be better for a 3-star place. The rooms need to be cleaner, the food needs improving, and the Wi-Fi should work beyond the reception area.

The internet was awful. There was none on the first day, and the next day I had to ask to move rooms so I could work. I’d arranged and paid extra for a late checkout the day before, but they still made me leave at 12 and wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain. They now claim I paid more because my room was inexpensive, yeah, right. They should be ashamed of not keeping their word. No conditions at all, the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in every way. Absolutely despicable.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was really bad. The power suddenly went out in the middle of the night. This place doesn’t deserve three stars.

We spent a day in the SPA area. It was amazing.
