I felt especially welcome thanks to Luigi, who made the stay feel personal. The room was perfectly clean, and the location inside the walls of San Gemini was excellent. Breakfast at the bar was very good and included in the price. A special thank you to Piero. Highly recommended.

We were contacted by the owner shortly before leaving and invited to see the church of San Nicolò, only a few hundred meters from the B&B. That thoughtful gesture came on top of all the kindness and courtesy we'd already received. Mr. Luigi, who runs the place, was considerate and always trying to make our stay enjoyable. The property is very well maintained, and the rooms are clean and quiet. It's right in the town center, a short walk from historic Caffè Peretti, where the breakfast staff are extremely friendly. The value for money is excellent. It was a pleasure to find somewhere run so well. Congratulations, I'd highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed, and if you come back to San Gemini, you'll know where to stay.

The room was lovely and had everything we needed for a short visit. The location also makes it easy to reach several points of interest. The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Mr. Luigi, who made us feel at home straight away.

The rooms are pleasant and spotlessly clean, and the B&B sits right in the heart of the village. The owner and staff deserve special credit for being so helpful and welcoming. They even made it possible for me to work from home, and I felt completely at home during my stay.
