San Gimignano looks breathtaking from the cottage, and Davide et Annalisa were such kind hosts. We had a lovely stay, with our own garden and a cottage that had everything we needed. I can't recall what brand the coffee machine was, but the coffee was excellent. We'd happily come back. All the best to you! Sophie and Karim

The view across to San Gimignano is straight out of a postcard, and the pool is a really good size. We enjoyed a bottle of their own wine from Podere Montese one evening, with some nibbles while watching a movie on my phone. It turned into our best evening there. Davide is a great host too, and breakfast was fantastic, especially the amazing brioche.

The views are pretty and the location is good, but at €200pn it felt too expensive for what you get. The “hot tub” costs another €30, yet the water was cold, not hot. Inside, the house feels very dated and could use a refresh. Service could be better too.
