It was beautiful and clean, and had everything we hoped for without costing too much. We'd come back.

2/10
Not recommended at all. It felt old without any of the charm of the past, and the walls were dirty. The heating was switched off around nine o'clock, and there was no hot water when we arrived or in the morning. It felt like something from the 19th century.

The setting is lovely, but getting around is difficult: the stairs are steep and high, so it doesn't work well for children, older people, or anyone with a disability. The taps barely run, breakfast was poor, and parking is both costly and a long way away.

Everything was spotless, and the views from this place on Plaza de la Cisterna are beautiful. The owner was so welcoming too. Amazing stay!

Such a welcoming place, with a gorgeous view and really friendly staff. The apartment felt cozy. Beautiful!
