The house has plenty of space across two floors, with a kitchen and living room downstairs and a sofa bed for five people. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was clean, and we got a very friendly welcome. This beautiful holiday home and complex has a pool and sits in an idyllic spot with an incredible view from the pool. San Gimignano's center is about 4 km away, around a 10-minute drive, including 2 km on a gravel road. It has been called Charme House since summer 2024. Everything was great.

The towers of San Gimignano make a beautiful backdrop to the panorama.
