4/10
The room had a damp smell and was very dark, and I couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep during our stay. On the positive side, the beds were clean, there was a mini fridge in the room, and the WiFi was much faster than at most hotels in Italy.

San Gimignano is wonderful, and the location here is beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean, though breakfast could have been better. When we went to the kitchen, there were no croissants or soya milk, but tea, coffee, and milk were available. Come here and enjoy San Gimignano!

The staff were rude and so unfriendly, and the rooms were very dusty. They added a bunk bed to a double room for four people, but the bathroom only had two pairs of towels. Everything felt old and not worth the money. Stay away and find somewhere better.

I arrived and rang the bell, but nobody was there. I had to wait in an alley for someone to show up. There were bugs in the room, the TV remote had no batteries, and the air conditioning blew hot air. Communication was very difficult, and the man wasn’t helpful. I couldn’t get assistance from him, so I had to call my family to come get me.

10/10
A real B and B with great service, a convenient location, and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were very comfortable, and close to everything. Parking was the only downside: it wasn’t too hard to find, but it was somewhat far away. The property is within a ZTL zone, so take care if you’re driving.
