Our hosts were warm and friendly, then left us to do our own thing, which was just right for a relaxing holiday. The flats are only a 15-minute walk from San Gimi, with a supermarket around the corner. There’s ample free parking, a bbq area, and a shared pool with gorgeous loungers. Two of the flats also have private garden areas with outdoor seating. There are three apartments around the main family house, and each one is stunning, from the decor to the quality of the fittings. It’s hard to think what more you could ask for. I almost didn’t want to give this place five stars, because then everyone would know how amazing it is and book it up. Honestly, one of the best places we’ve stayed in Italy. I can’t wait to come back.

We’ve been coming to these self-catering apartments for 17 years. The hosts are lovely, welcoming and helpful, and the views of San Gimignano are the best. Each apartment has its own outdoor space, a terrace and/or garden. The town is close enough to walk to by the old back road or the main road, and the public transport is reliable if you don’t have a car. The pool is a treat, and the weather can be good enough for us to use it anytime from April to October.

Roberto was incredibly kind and helpful, and the place was spotless with fully equipped accommodation. The pool and parking were a great bonus. The view, peace and quality made for a lovely stay, just a 15-minute walk along a country lane with a unique, unparalleled view to San Gimignano’s historic center. Walking into town at night brought another surprise: hundreds of fireflies in the olive groves, a magical touch to an already enchanting place. An unforgettable experience!

The hosts were attentive and very friendly. We had a wonderful time here and in the surrounding area, with a great base for excursions and an idyllic 10-minute walk to San Gimignano.
