The food was delicious and made with so much care, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming, like a home away from home. Staying here gave us a priceless chance to enjoy Tuscany's quiet natural beauty. Highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and recharge.

Everyone we met at Poderi Arcangelo was warm and helpful, which made the stay even better. The property is gorgeous, with striking views wherever you look. From our building, we could watch the sun set over the infinity pool, while breakfast on the patio came with beautiful morning light. We enjoyed dinner at the property twice, and both meals pleased us. The wine tour was a treat too: we saw the grounds and cellar, then sampled several wines, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. We ordered some of each to be sent home. After days out exploring Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano, we liked unwinding by the pool before dinner. There are plenty of nearby vineyards for more tastings. Such a peaceful, relaxing base for seeing Tuscany. Cheers!

We took a Tuscan cooking class together and came away with a new shared enthusiasm for making ravioli. The farm also has its own winery and olive oil, and the class was a fun, intimate thing to do as a couple. We’re heading home with more than souvenirs and good memories. The setting had a real effect on me. Vineyard views, quiet countryside, and mornings with cappuccino by the pool overlooking the hills helped me unwind so much that my resting heart rate went from 60 to 52 over our three nights, according to Apple Health. I haven’t felt this physically relaxed in ages. Breakfast had eggs, omelet, mortadella, fresh vegetables, pastries, and good coffee. Dinner costs €35 per person and was enjoyable, though Wednesday’s final meal was a little disappointing. We also treated ourselves to a Bistecca alla Fiorentina, which was memorable. It’s a handy spot for visiting nearby towns. We didn’t need to stay inside a medieval village, just wander around one and return to the quiet hills. I understand now why Michelangelo painted here. I’d happily come back.

We had a great time here and met lots of lovely people. There’s plenty to do at the property, and more places to visit a short drive away. The views are breathtaking, the food was delicious, and I’d say the wine tasting is a must. Highly recommend staying here!
