The owner and staff were super friendly, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the beautiful pool and the views of town from the hotel, though the skies were overcast during our visit. San Gimignano is just a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Our last night in Tuscany turned into a storybook goodbye. The sun set pink behind the towers of San Gimignano, just outside the town walls, as we celebrated at the B+B. We had a private party of about 20 people, with good food, three guitar musicians, and a great staff, including the two owners, who hosted and cooked. The delicious wine came from the family’s private vineyard. Magical.

I’ve never had a better view from a hotel window. We loved staying outside San Gimignano and looking up at the town, then coming back to the peaceful gardens after visiting. We even took a day trip to Florence to see all the amazing sights you're supposed to see, but all of us regretted leaving this property at all. If a mild uphill walk of 15-20 minutes feels fine to you, this is the place.

Dinner one night was the best we had in all of Tuscany, but the next day's meal was a letdown: spaghetti with scrambled eggs instead of carbonara. The pool was great for swimming and the rooms were clean, though noise was an issue. The walls are thin, and since we were above the kitchen, breakfast and evening cleanup could be heard. At the pool, children's loud play kept disrupting us while their parents sipped aperol. We feel places where people come for peace in nature should restrict families with children, and management could ask guests to keep the noise down. Still, the location and views near San Gimignano were beautiful, and the stay was pleasant overall despite a few minor things that could be improved.

We felt at home from the start, and Donna Carla and her two fantastic suns put so much effort into making guests happy and relaxed. The place is peaceful, away from town noise, clean, and carefully managed with guest comfort in mind. The view of San Gimignano is amazing, and the hospitality feels like family. Donna Carla cooks the meals herself, served by Francesco, Andrea and their small, dedicated team. Even the pasta is homemade, breakfast has fantastic cakes, and they make their own wines. We’ll be back as soon as we can. Grazie mille!!!!
