Hotel Posta 77

We came as part of a group tour, and the hotel experience was terrible. The hotel felt run down, and I don’t think it deserves four stars. It isn’t suited to large groups or welcoming to international guests. I’d strongly advise group tours to avoid it. They had our guide go over the room rules and etiquette with us in particular, which felt borderline racist. It seemed like they’d had bad experiences with Chinese tourists before. I understand having rules, but the long list was all very basic and made us sound dirty and unkempt. There was no running water at the sink or shower. I called reception in the evening and again in the morning to ask them to check the pipes. To their credit, they dealt with it both times within 10 minutes, but running water is a basic requirement for a hotel. Breakfast choices were poor, and the bread was stale. The room was very dusty too. I used a blanket from the closet and had a strong allergic reaction to the dust. I took antihistamines, and it took two hours to settle down. The rooms aren’t properly cleaned or aired.

The rooms are very small, but the hospitality is great. They greet you with a smile and do what they can to help. The restaurant is spacious, though the selection is limited, and the outdoor seating area is nice.

💕💕💕💕💕 Honestly, everyone should experience this once: 1️⃣ There were lots of bugs on the wall when we walked into the room, and even more dead ones in the corner 💔 When I woke up, there was a bug body on my bed. You can imagine my reaction. 2️⃣ I bet you wouldn’t expect the door lock not to work 💔 We had to lock the door with a key. 3️⃣ Breakfast was a disaster, as you can see in the picture 💔 If you’re thinking of staying here to rest during your trip, you’ll need to think it over carefully 🥴

My room on the second floor had been renovated, so from my perspective it was at least better than the reviews on Google.
