Quite clean.

The location is handy for both the sanctuary and the hospital. Our room was spotless and well kept, with a kitchenette. Mr. Giovanni was especially kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

The quiet during our stay and the clean rooms really stood out. We also appreciated having a reserved parking spot. The property has everything you need and is close to the main attractions, the hospital, and the sanctuary. Mr. Giovanni, the manager, adds a lot with his discreet, old-fashioned kindness. A very deserving five stars.

The rooms were spotless and cared for down to the details, and the owner and staff were warm, courteous, and ready to help. It's close to the places people visit for Padre Pio. Some of the furniture feels dated and could be replaced. Still, highly recommended!

Surrounded by greenery and only steps from the sanctuary, the house is both charming and practical. Everything was very clean, with lots of care given to the details. Mr. Leggieri is kind, capable, and attentive to what guests need. Thanks so much, and see you next time!
